Our approach to wellbeing is simple, make it interesting and practical. Time is so precious, so we need to start small and build up. We show participants how small changes can make a big difference to; them, their families, colleagues, organisation, the local community and wider society.
Thriving amidst life’s ups and downs - online drop-ins
Change in daily life has meant change in our working lives too.
Since the start of the pandemic in March 2020 I have hosted over 3500 mindfulness and compassion drop-ins over Zoom.
These sessions continue currently running Monday to Friday at 8am, 1.30pm and 9.30pm UK time.
